Eugene Shepherd, also known as DOC, heads Shepherds Studios, a UK-based media production company specialising in creative media, TV, photography, film, and events. Eugene, with a Pharmacy background, graduated with a Master's degree in 2015 from the University of Reading. He transitioned to creative media, mastering tools like Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Adobe Premiere Pro, and Audition. His passion for media deepened as he ventured into video editing and eventually cinematography.
Shepherds Studios
During the COVID era, the demand for live streaming became a necessity for Shepherds Studios. Eugene's leadership guided the team's growth from 5 to 45, predominantly comprising young individuals aged 18-22, many with no prior experience.
Currently, Shepherds Studios annually produces four major high-budget events for the past 2-3 years and has contributed to documentaries/films for BBC, Sky News, GRM Daily, and an international magazine. The company provides opportunities for a diverse group of individuals, offering experience, training, and mentorship, fostering a familial environment that encourages boundless creativity.
Shepherds Studios is presently in the process of acquiring a multi-purpose space, reinforcing its commitment to community and youth development.
