Crime was no stranger to me; my brother was heavily involved in crimes, which led to my parents deciding to move to Essex when I was 7. So, despite all my friends being from South London, I had to leave them behind as my parents grappled with creating a better environment for my family.
Being the only black person in my school, I soon encountered the harrowing experience of racism. While struggling to make it through school with such negative experiences, I stumbled upon what would be the start of many positive experiences.
I started selling sweets to my friends, which extended to beverages, until I was known as the best salesman in my whole school. From then, I knew I had a passion for sales, later venturing into hair extensions and increasing financially through that medium.
Only when iRxcruit advisors suggested property did I realise how vital sales could be. I had no prior knowledge of this field at the time, but iRxcruit discovered my skill sets and highlighted my inherent ability for sales. Following that, iRxcruit provided crucial insight with various estate agents, allowing me to make an educated decision to enter this field full-time.
Not only did my finances increase even further, but I was able to develop my skills more. Over the years, I quickly rose through the ranks and became a Senior Lettings Negotiator. iRxcruit stayed with me throughout my career journey, and now that I am venturing into new property-related endeavours, I can always rely on their support and guidance.
