Isaac Miller

From an early age, I was talented, attaining 9 A's at GCSE level, which meant I was on an upward trajectory contrary to neighbouring friends. I had multiple achievements by the age of 11, including obtaining a sports scholarship and gaining entry into an elite private school in Shirley.

Demanded to do well in an environment where peers have the aims of becoming doctors, lawyers and investment bankers, I was motivated to strive for the best, which resulted in me graduating with a 1st class degree in Business Management.

I entered the recruitment arena from university, motivated by my older brother, who was also in this field. I loved the fast-paced environment but always envisioned owning something for myself, which inspired me to look into the property industry. Still, I had no real mentorship in any area to help me get to the next level I wanted to achieve.

I always felt that financial education and financial literacy were lacking in the schooling system. So I was constantly looking for a platform to help myself understand how to manage money and show others. I always felt there was something more but didn't have anyone to show me what that could look like in reality.

With the help of iRxcruit, I have set up my own business, FSM Trading, which teaches people how to trade and invest in the financial markets. It also solves the direct issue I faced while growing up in school and at university: how to manage money and make extra money to achieve any dream you wish to fulfil. However, more than this, I am still in the recruitment sector as a senior recruitment advisor and building a property portfolio through the help of iRxcruit's mentorship. There would be no success story without iRxcruit, as I would not have thought to strive for anything more significant than what I could see.
